Quick Tips

  • When installing the app across multiple devices a situation can occur where you see the same types listed twice. This is fixed by going to the menu and selecting Sync Everyday.

  • Tapping the Today button will reset the list to Today. This is a quick way to exit a search or the date filter.

  • Tap return after entering a new item. Otherwise, if a new action is initiated before any other changes the action will not be saved.

  • When entering a date, if you want a date earlier then today tap the min set button.

  • After making changes using the iPad or iPhone it is best to restart the desktop application. This will minimize synchronization issues.

  • For Mac or iPad: If when adding an action note you wish to mark the action complete be sure to first tap the row before taping the status box (action list screen). 

  • If you have two or more devices using the app at the same time and not on the same group it is good practice to select the group you wish to use when switching between devices.

  • This only applies to the in app purchase. When restarting the app you will always come up to the group menu. If another device has changed the group that will be the group selected when you press done (assuming you did not select a group).

Status box in action detail

When viewing the action detail a status box (used to mark item complete) will appear if the action is not a recurring action. If the follow up button is tapped a colored background appears behind the status box denoting that a follow up action will be automatically created when the status box is marked complete.  The status box will not appear when in the notes view. When completing adding a note tap in the item field or the follow up button to show the status box. Note that for recurring actions the status box can only be viewed on the action list.
