Everyday Track was developed for the highly organized. It is an easy to use organizational method for keeping track of everyday life pasts present and future.  Can also be used to compile a report of past actions to keep track of an ongoing dispute or to record a daily diary.

 

Features:

• Organize by focusing actions into buckets called types.

• Everyday is the built in group with 4 types: immediate, work it, communication and monitor. These base types are locked in and cannot be changed in any way. However, additional types can be added (for example Birthdays) which can be renamed or deleted. 

• Can set one type to be exclusive to focus on just one type. An example could be to look at all "monitor" items for the month which might include package deliveries or an expected phone call.

• Completed actions are always saved and easily deleted.

• Ability to easily see both completed and active actions.

• Can quickly look at the next day and following days either individually or together with one click.

• Follow Up function completes an action then auto generates a new instance of the same action.

• Can set recurring actions.

• Can set a detailed recurring sequence.

• Can use the date filter to display actions in a variety of ways..

• All Notes compiles all notes from the same recurring action to be viewed or printed.

• User notifications at 11AM and 3PM (local time) provides active action status.

• Can search actions both active and completed.

• Help for most screens (tap the i icon).

• Types can easily be moved between Groups (except base Everyday Types)
